Windows Deployment Administrator
Short Profile
Candidate must be proficient with Symantic Ghost, Windows Deployment Services and PXE Deployment tools. •Experience installing and upgrading desktop and server operating systems, configuring and troubleshooting peer-peer and server-client networks. •Experience in Windows Server 2003, 2008 and Exchanges; administration and support on Active Directory structure and local user account, e-mail, template and configuration. •Solid technical understanding and skill troubleshooting, building, repairing, and configuring of core computer network components including PCs, servers, firewalls, Cisco routers, switches, configuring VPN Client IP addresses, Windows Operating Systems, backup systems software, anti-virus, and e-mail. •Proficiency in supporting MS Windows XP, Ultimate, 7, MS Office; Excel, Outlook. •Proficiency in installing network Cat5e, Cat6 cabling. •Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to personnel PCs, printer, and e-mail setup; hardware, software installation, OS, and related hardware issues. •Receiving assets, moving equipment within the site, staging equipment for build/image activity. •Provide technical support to clients as part of pre-deployment asset discovery, executing the replacement activity, updating asset management system to reflect the activity. •Possess good customer service skills, attention to detail and able to multi-task effectively and efficiently Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree or High School Diploma or 5 - 10 years experience in information technology field
